• Contract-to-hire services. There may be times when you want to add one of our employees to your team on a contract basis with the intention of eventually converting them to a full-time employee. Utilizing our contract-to-hire services allows you to convert Creatis contract employees to full-time employees at your company. This service provides the opportunity to assess employee performance and suitability prior to making a hiring commitment.
• Direct placement services. If you have an open headcount position, and you need additional recruiting expertise and a network to utilize within the creative and marketing industry to find the best hire, Creatis will find your next key full-time employee. Through our networks and recruiting techniques, we identify exceptional candidates who are successfully employed and unavailable through traditional sources.
