Digital Marketing Specialist

Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Work Hours: 40hrs/wk
Location: West Suburbs

Overview: Support Paid Digital Media team by owning core internal and external tasks associated with Paid Digital Media campaigns and processes. Assist with set-up and reporting of direct to consumer digital marketing campaigns. Communicate to expanded team members the status of ongoing Paid Digital Media team projects. Own reporting, billing and marketing processes with internal and external vendors. Evaluate/improve internal processes to support strategic planning and implementation.


Primary Qualifications:

• Campaign set up – Work with Paid Digital media team to request, implement and monitor campaign tracking
• Forecasting Coordination – Manage coordination of internal and external teams for the forecasting review process
• Reporting – Update, review, analyze internal and external reporting for Paid Digital media team meetings and reviews
• Budgets – check invoices to actuals for monthly billing process with external vendors
• Content Management – Manage team folder structure, update with documents when necessary and organize if needed
• Project Management – Manage agency partners and internal stakeholders for any necessary meetings
• Program Management – Manage the day to day of select programs in the Paid Digital Media portfolio

Technical Specific Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience in digital media
• 4 year college degree
• Paid search campaign experience a plus (Google AdWords, DoubleClick)
• Experience in digital media, campaign management and measurement preferred
• Good excel skills
• Previous experience in similar role
• Professional Qualifications and Associations
