CRM Sales Process Lead (Active Search!)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement new opportunities to expand the customer experience by performing research and analyses with the in-house CRM
  • Design and implement the business and operational system roadmaps and processes that aligns with the clients customer experience team
  • Provide analytics support to deliever market insights to internal/external business clients
  • Design, develop, and implement marketing programs and pricing strategies to support the organization's products, services, or market sector
  • Analyze markets to find opportunities, resolve product requirements, and inform marketing strategies
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4+ years of related work experience
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Experience as a project manager lead
  • Experience in a highly strategic, analytical, and operational role in fast-paced environments
